My decision to run for this office is driven by my passion to serve every citizen in Hays County in an equitable, transparent, courteous and efficient manner. This office is a service organization. I look forward to working hard to create innovate ways to advocate on behalf of taxpayer interests. I believe my experience serving as an elected official, my community service experience and over 20 years of experience as an accountant, give me foresight and knowledge to help move the agency into a more technology advanced and customer service friendly organization. I understand the intricacies of tax laws and I am comfortable working with all levels of government to advocate for all.
